Built in the 1930s, it was the former palace of the Raja Dhanrajgir of Hyderabad. Located close to the Arabian Sea, this 130,000 sq. ft building was among the largest and most expensive buildings in Bombay at the time. It is now rented out to Commercial and Residential tenants.
